Lee Keith

Chief Business Development Officer

Lee Keith brings more than four decades of experience and a well-established reputation in the banking and financial services industry to OMB.

His career has been marked by leadership roles across several banks in the Midwest where he has served as an executive, director and strategic leader. Notably, Keith also held the prestigious commissioner of finance role for the state of Missouri from 2017 to 2019, further solidifying his expertise in financial regulation and governance.

As a director and chief business development officer – Kansas City, Keith leverages his deep knowledge in areas such as strategic planning, capital raising, asset management, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, risk assessment and regulatory compliance. His leadership is instrumental in supporting the bank's continued earnings growth and strong balance sheet.

Keith serves as a key resource not only for OMB's Kansas City team but also its executive leadership, playing a pivotal role in driving growth and enhancing the bank's position in the market. His extensive experience and strategic insights helps ensure that OMB continues to thrive and expand in an increasingly complex financial landscape.
