Based out of OMB’s Lenexa, Kan. branch, Field-Farias brings more than a decade of experience in banking, financial analysis and commercial lending. Most recently, he served as vice president and business banking relationship manager at U.S. Bank, where he worked closely with business owners to structure financing solutions that supported growth, strengthened operations and advanced long-term goals.
Prior to U.S. Bank, he held leadership roles at Baker Group Merger and Acquisition Consultants, Inc., serving as executive vice president and senior financial analyst. In that role, he guided clients through complex lending and acquisition strategies, providing tailored financial insights that helped businesses expand and transition successfully.
Known for his collaborative approach and ability to align credit strategies with client objectives, Field-Farias has built a reputation for delivering personalized lending solutions and developing lasting business relationships across the Kansas City market.
