OMB is pleased to announce that Oswaldo Romero, loan officer, and Leann Skiles, branch manager, recently joined its growing team in Lenexa, Kan.
Romero has nearly a decade of industry experience. He began his lending career in 2016 as a personal loan officer with OneMain Financial in Overland Park, Kan., before joining Small Business Bank in Lenexa as a business banking specialist in 2018. In 2020 he joined Bank of America in Kansas City in the same role. In 2021 he became a commercial banking assistant for Bank of Blue Valley in Overland Park and was promoted to small business specialist in 2022.
Skiles brings more than 10 years of management experience to OMB with prior leadership roles at Martin, Leigh, Laws & Fritzlen and Xceligent in Kansas City and Geha in Lee’s Summit, Mo. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management from Baker University in Baldwin, Kan.

OMB’s Lenexa loan production office is located at 8801 Renner Blvd., Ste. 401, in the popular mixed use Lenexa City Center. The location currently provides commercial lending and treasury management services for businesses in and around Lenexa with consumer retail banking services coming soon.
