Doug Parker’s banking career spans more than 30 years and includes extensive experience leading bank expansion efforts. His prior positions include EVP of real estate lending for Regions Bank, regional president for Bank of the Ozarks, Southwest Missouri president for Simmons Bank and Southwest Missouri regional president for Encore Bank.

In his current Senior Vice President & Community Banking President role, Doug manages OMB's growth and profitability in the Lenexa and greater Kansas City area.
