My role as a treasury officer is built on trust. Every time a business shares its financial details with me, I recognize the responsibility that comes with that transparency. Integrity means being honest when I believe there’s a better option, even if it takes more time. It means explaining every tool and service in plain language so they feel confident about their choices.
Whether I’m structuring a cash management solution, setting up ACH payments or helping protect a business from fraud, my promise is to always act in the customer’s best interest first.

One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been watching the businesses I’ve partnered with grow - from a single location to multiple sites or from a few employees to a bustling team. My commitment doesn’t stop when the paperwork is signed.

I deeply respect the courage it takes to start and sustain a business. It’s not easy to take risks, to stay late, to make payroll when the month is tight or to balance innovation with stability.
My job is to honor that effort by making your financial processes as smooth and secure as possible. In communities across southwest Missouri, where hard work and relationships still matter most, respect also means listening first and understanding your priorities before offering solutions.

As a Relator (if you’re a CliftonStrengths fan like me) I value the long-term relationships I’ve built with clients, but I also carry a Futuristic mindset - always looking ahead to where your business could be in three, five or even 10 years, and helping your business prepare for that future.
