OMB is proud to announce the promotions of Rebeccah Hicks and Brodie Wingert, who were both recently named loan officers.
Hicks has more than three years of banking experience. She began her career as a teller in 2019 with Citizens Bank of Rogersville and was promoted to loan assistant in 2020. She joined OMB in 2021 in the same position before joining OMB’s credit department as a loan officer trainee in 2022. Hicks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Missouri State University.
Wingert also has more than three years of banking experience, beginning his career as a personal banker for Commerce Bank in 2019. In 2022 he joined OMB as a loan officer trainee. Wingert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management degree from Evangel University.
Both Hicks and Wingert participated in OMB’s loan officer trainee program, which provides young professionals interested in commercial lending with career and organizational development opportunities including familiarity with underwriting, understanding the loan approval process and expertise in borrower credit analysis.
“We’re extremely proud to offer something like our loan officer trainee program,” said Mark Harrington, president and CEO. “It’s always exciting and even rewarding to be able to promote from within. Both Rebeccah and Brodie have already displayed how capable they are as loan officers and we look forward to the incredible things they’ll accomplish at OMB and in their careers.”
