Mark Harrington is a lifelong community banker, founding JamesMark Bancshares, Inc. in 1998 and opening its subsidiary, Old Missouri Bank.

Mark Harrington is a lifelong community banker with nearly four decades of expertise in finance and lending. He founded JamesMark Bancshares, Inc. in 1998 and opened its subsidiary, Old Missouri National Bank, as executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer in 1999. He then led its conversion to a state/Fed member in 2008. He has served as president and CEO for the holding company and OMB for more than 15 years.

Mark is a former member of the board of directors for the Missouri Bankers Association and graduated with his bachelor's degree in Economics from Missouri State University.
