Mark Harrington is a lifelong community banker, founding JamesMark Bancshares, Inc. in 1998 and opening its subsidiary, Old Missouri National Bank, which would become the OMB Bank of today.
He has four decades of expertise in finance and lending, beginning his tenure at OMB as executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer in 1999. He then led its conversion to a state/Fed member in 2008. He served as president and chief executive officer of holding company JamesMark Bancshares, Inc. for more than 15 years and is currently CEO of OMB Bank.
