OMB is proud to announce the recent promotions of Tiffany Wittum, Beth Fleetwood and Mitchell Griesemer.
Wittum was recently promoted to assistant vice president and senior branch manager. In her new role, Wittum will oversee the retail banking operations for OMB’s three Springfield branches. She has nearly six years of banking experience, beginning her career in 2017 as a financial center manager for Simmons Bank. She joined OMB in 2021 as the branch manager of its 3570 S. National Ave. location. Wittum holds a Bachelor of Science degree in fashion merchandising and marketing from Missouri State University.
Fleetwood was recently promoted to vice president and credit review manager. She has more than eight years of banking experience, beginning her career in 2014 as a teller for SFC Bank before joining SFC’s credit department in 2016. She joined OMB as a credit analyst in 2019. Fleetwood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Missouri State University.
Also in OMB’s credit department, Griesemer was recently promoted to assistant vice president and credit analyst II. He has nearly five years of banking experience, beginning his career as a teller with Northeast Missouri State Bank in 2018. He joined OMB in 2020 as a credit analyst. Griesemer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Truman State University.
