
OMB is proud to announce that Jessica Sims was recently promoted to senior vice president and director of strategic initiatives.
Sims has nearly 20 years of banking experience, beginning her career as a teller with Bank of America in 2004. In 2007 she joined Liberty Bank as a teller and in 2010 was promoted to assistant manager. She joined Simmons Bank as branch manager in 2012 as part of its acquisition of Liberty before joining OMB in the same role in 2016. In 2020 she was promoted to vice president and business banking officer, her most recent position.
“Jessica has an incredibly diverse banking background which is truly an asset to OMB,” said Mark Harrington, president and CEO. “We’re excited about this new forward-looking role and eager to see the great things she’ll accomplish.”
Sims holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Missouri State University.
