OMB is proud to announce that Blake Miller recently joined its accounting team as vice president and controller.
Miller has nearly a decade of banking and accounting experience. He began his career in 2013 as a financial analyst for Emerson Climate Technologies in Ava, Mo. before a promotion to materials manager in 2018. In 2020 he joined Stockmens Bank, also in Ava, as a lender and branch manager.
“We are very excited to welcome Blake to OMB,” said Jeff Palmer, chief financial officer. “As we continue to experience rapid growth, his knowledge and experience will help ensure that OMB’s finance and accounting department meets the growing expectations of our customers, shareholders, board of directors and teammates.”
Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Management and a Master’s in Business Administration with a finance emphasis, both from Missouri State University. He has also served as mayor of Mansfield, Mo. since elected first in 2015.
