Jeff Palmer serves as President and Chief Financial Officer of OMB Bank, where he oversees the bank’s financial strategy and daily operations. Since joining OMB in 2019, he has played a key role in supporting the bank’s growth and strengthening its financial performance.
Prior to OMB, Jeff held senior leadership roles at publicly traded Stockmens Bank, including Missouri President, board member and Chief Financial Officer. He began his career in public accounting and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Evangel University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
