
OMB Bank is pleased to announce that Cody Rogers has joined the bank as branch manager of its flagship 3570 S. National Ave. location in Springfield, while Kay Shoptaw was recently promoted to branch manager of the bank’s 535 W. Fir Rd. location in Carthage.
Rogers has nearly a decade of industry experience. He began his career in 2016 with Great Southern Bank and has served in personal banker, teller supervisor, assistant manager and manager positions, all at Great Southern, before joining OMB.
Shoptaw has more than two decades of banking experience, beginning her career with Arvest Bank in 2004 as a personal banker and later serving as branch manager. Before joining OMB in 2021 as a personal banker, she held teller supervisor and personal banker roles at Liberty Bank, was a personal banker at Simmons Bank and assistant manager at Community Bank and Trust.
“We believe that excellent leadership is key to delivering the level of service our customers expect,” said Joey Orr, chief operations officer. “Cody and Kay bring a great deal of experience and a commitment to their communities to OMB, making them outstanding choices to lead our South National and Carthage branches. We’re excited to see the impact they’ll have in their new roles.”
