OMB is proud to announce five new additions to its residential lending team including Michael Frerking, senior vice president and director of residential lending. Joining Frerking are Mortgage Loan Originators Tamra Dean and Nigel Templeton, Lead Residential Underwriter, DE Kaylynn Todd and Mortgage Loan Processor Jared Howery.
Frerking has nearly 30 years of mortgage experience, including eight years as president of Liberty Bank’s mortgage division and, most recently, senior vice president and director of residential lending at Guaranty Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Missouri State University.

Frerking is joined by vice presidents and Mortgage Loan Originators Tamra Dean and Nigel Templeton. Dean has 21 years of banking and finance experience including 15 years in mortgage lending at Guaranty Bank, Bancorp South, Simmons Bank and Great Southern Bank. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business from Missouri State University. Templeton has nearly 25 years of mortgage lending experience. He joined Simmons Bank in 2005 and, most recently, Guaranty Bank in 2014.
Todd joins OMB as a direct underwriter and has nearly a decade of banking and mortgage underwriting experience, all at Guaranty Bank. She began her career in 2013 as a teller before joining the residential lending team in 2016 as a mortgage lending processor. In 2019 she was promoted to residential lending supervisor before being promoted again in 2021 to residential DE underwriter. Todd holds a Direct Endorsement certification through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Howery has more than five years of banking and mortgage loan processing experience. He began his career in 2017 as a teller with Arvest Bank before joining Guaranty Bank in 2019 as a market branch banker. He joined GreenState Credit Union as a member service associate in mid-2020 and rejoined Guaranty in late 2020 as a residential lending processor.
