
OMB Bank is pleased to announce that Casey Jackson has joined the bank as branch manager at its 510 W. Mt. Vernon Blvd. location in Mt. Vernon, Mo.
Jackson brings more than 15 years of banking and financial services experience, with a strong background in branch operations, customer relationship development and team leadership. She joins OMB Bank after more than four years with Southern Bank, where she most recently served as assistant branch retail manager.
In that role, Jackson partnered closely with branch leadership to drive sales performance, deposit growth and operational excellence. She also previously served as a personal banker II, where she focused on building new customer relationships, managing complex account openings for both consumer and business clients, and serving as a product and services expert for the branch. She began her career as a financial services representative with Silver State Schools Credit Union in Las Vegas, Nev., where she gained foundational experience in customers service and financial solutions.
“Casey brings a strong understanding of community banking and a leadership style that puts both customers and employees first,” said Forrest Thompson, community bank president for the Mt. Vernon market at OMB Bank. “Her experience and commitment to service make her a great fit for our Mt. Vernon branch and the community we’re proud to serve.”
As branch manager, Jackson will oversee day-to-day branch operations while focusing on customer experience, team development and continued growth in the Mt. Vernon market.
