Throughout his career, Seth has held a variety of leadership roles, honing his expertise in areas such as commercial lending, financial strategy and operational management. His background includes steering complex banking operations, building and maintaining relationships with business clients and driving strategic growth initiatives within the financial services sector.

In his current regional president role, Seth helps guide OMB's strategic growth and profitability efforts in Lenexa and the greater Kansas City market.
