Michael Frerking has nearly three decades of mortgage industry experience and currently leads OMB's community-focused residential lending team.

He is an expert in helping financial institutions design and implement home loan programs including conventional, FHA, USDA and VA. Under his leadership, OMB enjoys a strong customer and referral partner-focused mortgage department that can originate, process, underwrite, close and fund mortgage loans locally. Frerking holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University.
