Prior to joining OMB, Michelle held senior risk and compliance leadership roles at leading financial institutions and budding fintechs. She is recognized for her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, foster a culture of accountability and support innovation through sound risk governance.
Michelle’s leadership is instrumental as OMB expands its presence and partnerships across Missouri and beyond, especially in the areas of fintech and embedded banking.
