Kylie Fletcher brings a dependable and client-centered approach to OMB Bank’s Treasury Services team.

With a strong foundation in branch operations and customer-facing roles, Kylie combines adaptability, attention to detail and a passion for service to support business clients’ cash management needs.

Kylie began her OMB journey as a bank teller, serving her community in Buffalo, Mo. from August 2021 to December 2024. In that role, she built meaningful relationships with customers, handled day-to-day transactions with precision and learned the importance of responsiveness and trust in banking. In December 2024, she embraced a new challenge as treasury services assistant. In her current role, Kylie works behind the scenes to help ensure seamless operations and support the bank's treasury solutions.

Kylie's experience in branch banking gives her a grounded perspective on the client experience, which she leverages in providing internal support, troubleshooting and ensuring client satisfaction. She is always ready to adapt, pitch in where needed and contribute to the team’s mission of delivering tailored, high-quality service to businesses of almost any size.
