Ashlee Radford says she didn't necessarily choose banking, it chose her.

Ever since a community bank hired her on the spot as a high schooler, she's been helping customers discover financial solutions to meet their increasing needs.

With more than 20 years of banking experience, she now helps OMB commercial customers with their everyday business banking needs. From remote deposit capture and merchant services to ACH generation and so much more, Ashlee and the OMB Treasury Services team can help businesses large and small do more.

Ashlee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Drury University and was a 2018 Springfield Business Journal Trusted Advisor.
