
OMB Bank is pleased to announce that Courtney McMonigle has joined its compliance team as its new BSA/AML officer, while Katie Bradford recently joined the bank’s mortgage team in Springfield as a mortgage loan officer.
McMonigle began her banking career in 2003 as a senior personal banker for Bank of America in Chesterfield, Mo. She joined Regions Bank in 2004 as assistant vice president and branch sales manager in St. Louis and National City Bank as AVP/banking center manager in 2007. In 2009 she joined UMB Bank in Overland Park, Kan. In the same position. In 2024 she made the jump to bank compliance as a financial crimes investigator for Hawthorn Bank in Lee’s Summit, Mo. She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and holds certificates in fraud prevention and BSA and AML compliance from the American Bankers Association.
Bradford, who is fluent in both English and Spanish, began her mortgage career in 2000 with H&R Block Mortgage. In 2008 she was promoted to mortgage loan officer for Quicken Loans before joining Great Southern Bank as a mortgage loan processor in 2011. In 2015 she joined Simmons Bank as a mortgage loan closer and, in 2016, joined Origin Bank in the same role. In 2017 she helped Origin open its local Springfield branch and began originating mortgage loans as a mortgage loan officer. In 2019 she opened a branch with Hometown Lenders and Supreme Lending, where she served as both branch manager and a producing loan officer. She was most recently a mortgage loan originator for Stockmens Bank.
