Shanda Trautman has more than 15 years of marketing, sales and recruitment experience and helps lead OMB's brand and marketing strategies.
Shanda has more than 15 years of experience in marketing, sales, and recruitment. She specializes in marketing strategy, branding, corporate communications, product innovation and strategic planning. She joined OMB in 2015. Prior to joining OMB, she spent three years leading Revel Advertising as Director of Accounts.
She serves on the State Technical College of Missouri's Board of Regents, City of Springfield's Public Building Corporation Board, Discovery Center of Springfield's Board of Directors and the American Bankers Association's Bank Marketing Editorial Board.
